Impact can be seen when a core member who was once withdrawn begins to initiate conversations and lead a prayer. It is visible when an assistant learns to communicate with patience and creativity, long after their official "training" is over.

Service counts and attendance are useful, but they do not tell the whole story. Pairing numbers with narrative evidence gives a fuller picture.

This balanced approach helps supporters understand what sustained inclusion requires.

Attendance figures are easy to collect and tell you almost nothing. More telling questions: are core members known by name outside the community? Do the same partners come back? Does anyone buy what community members make? Is a core member ever the person teaching?

By those measures, a year that includes core members speaking to theology students, a multinational's employees being taught to make beads, and a fan club returning for a second outreach day says more than any attendance total.

Impact claims are more credible when the finances are visible. Roughly 60% of donations go to direct care and support for core members, 20% to educational programmes, 15% to facility maintenance, and 5% to operations and support.

Annual reports and financial statements are available on request. An organisation that publishes its allocation and hands over its statements is making itself checkable, which is a form of impact reporting in its own right.
